Endo’s Fresh Starts workforce development program will provide justice-impacted and underserved communities with rigorous workforce development for job placement with a cannabis company within Endo’s ecosystem, and other growth opportunities.
In the long-term, the program will transform the industry through a replicable model that centers social equity and plant wellness at the heart of cannabis culture.

Participants will get access to wellness programs involving plant medicine and mental health therapies.

Curriculum that connects the dots between historic racial injustice, the war on drugs, and where the cannabis industry is today.

Dedicated staff receive shares in the company after 4 years of employment if placed with Endo.
